Order Policy

First-time Customers

For professional license holders, please contact in advance by e-mail to mail@tatnail.us for your license verification.  We will provide you the discount code once your license number is verified.  This may take approximately 2-3 business days to complete.

You may be qualified to receive 10% discount from your entire purchase if you are a licensed industry professional or a salon owner to purchase products from TAT USA. We will ask for your state license or employer/tax ID#, which we will verify and keep on file. We reserve the right to close any account if we find it doesn’t abide by our guidelines.

Some products (i.e. Calgel and special order products) are excluded from discount. Please read item descriptions for details.

Payment Methods


We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please have credit card and billing address available when placing an order. All online orders must be paid with a credit card at time of purchase. Second party credit cards are not accepted. Special orders must be prepaid.

Missing, Damaged and Defective Items


All claims for missing, damaged and defective items must be received within three (3) days from receipt of order. No products can be returned after thirty (30) days of invoice date.

If your order is trackable and shows as delivered, TAT USA is not liable for redelivery. Please select either “First Class with Insurance” or “Priority Mail” if you prefer “Adult Signature Required” at time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges


All sales are final. Report must be made within three (3) days from receipt of order by e-mail to mail@tatnail.us or by phone at 310-550-6269 Monday-Friday from 10am to 7pm PST to request for Return Authorization Number (RA). We may ask for additional documents and images if necessary. No returns will be accepted wi thout RA number. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items. You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned and exchanged items. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping. Special orders are not returnable.

 

The following items are excluded from Returns and Exchanges

All sales on cuticle nippers, pushers, rubystones, gels, files and brushes are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic purposes. All items that is open and/or used are not accepted for returns or exchanges. No returns or exchanges of product will be accepted due to misuse or abuse. TAT USA has the right to refuse returns.

Sales Tax


Applicable sales taxes will be charged to all sales for CA and NY residents, unless a copy of your Sales Tax Resale Certificate is on file. Customer must be acknowledge which items are for resale (non taxable) at the time of order.
